Order Verification & Pickup Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Dream Library may contact customers for order verification.
If a customer fails to respond to the verification call, or if the phone number provided during the order is invalid, switched off, or unreachable, Dream Library reserves the right to cancel the order.
For orders marked “Ready for Pickup”, customers must collect the product within 30 days from the specified date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the claim for the order.
